Hylton Villet holds a PhD in organization behaviour. He has vast experience as a senior manager in the IT industry in Namibia. He is the Director of the Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business at Namibia University of Science and Technology. He has published several articles on organizational behaviour, strategic management and human resource management.
