Huy Quang Pham

HuyPham is an Associate Professors Doctor with fifteen years of experience working as Senior Lecturer in Public Sector Accounting at the School of Accounting and currently the Head, Department of Public Accounting and Deputy Head of Training Department at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. He also earned his Vietnamese Certified Public Accountant from the Ministry of Finance and accounting and management in public sector. In addition to authoring numerous chapters for the books, he has written numerous papers in numerous journals and presented talks at conferences both domestically and internationally. Huy has extensive knowledge and is an expert in public sector governance, private sector accountancy, and corporate social responsibility. Software engineering, Big data, Blockchain, and artificial intelligence are some of Huy's passions. He has been awarded the Young Scientific Talen in Vietnam issued by Ministry of Education and Training together with Typical Young Teachers in Ho Chi Minh City with six consecutive years (i.e., from 2012 to 2017). Huy is a formidable force at work, inspiring others to put in the effort necessary to achieve with his upbeat outlook and boundless enthusiasm.
