Humberto Chiriff-Rivera

Humberto Rivera has a PhD. in Natural Sciences from the University of Heidelberg, Germany and Geological Engineer from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI). Author of research papers on petrology, deposit geology and metallogeny. Until 2005 he was Head of the Mineralogy Laboratory at UNI and member of the university quality commission of the same university. From July 2005 to May 2012 he was Director of Mineral and Energy Resources of the Geological, Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Peru. From June 2012 to the present, he has been working as a consultant for Geo Wissens and as a teacher at the professional school of geological engineering of UNI.
