Hesham R.I. Badawy

Hesham Rashad Badawy is an educational leadership and policy Ph.D. student with an Educational Leadership Master, College of Education, United Arab Emirates University. He also did postgraduate studies at the master’s level at Medical Research Institute, Alexandria University, Egypt. Hesham worked as Lead teacher and acting VP in Emirates Establishment schools. He also worked for a decade as the head of the strategic center for school improvement. Research interests: Leadership performance, evaluation, and professional development; feedback and feedforward delivery, receptivity, and learning; cultural aspects of educational leadership; data-driven decision-making; and professional learning communities.
