Herbert Cornelius

Dr. Herbert Cornelius is Technical Director Advanced Computing at Intel EMEA. Before he was Engineering Manager in Intel’s Cluster Technologies group and Technical Marketing Manager Enterprise Computing in EMEA. He joined Intel in 1993 as Senoir Computational Scientist in the Scalable Systems Division after working at Fujitsu Europe and Cray Research from 1983 to 1992. Prior he worked at the University of Karlsruhe. He received a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics and diploma degree in Mathematics and Informatics from Technical University Berlin, Germany.
