Henrique Duarte is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at ISCTE-IUL, PT. His research interests are subordinated to competences development, career management, compensation policies, organizational controls, cooperation in teams, and counterproductive behaviours. He publishes on journals on the scientific areas of Management, Human Resources Management, Management, and Organizational Behaviour.
