Hatice Dilaver

Hatice Dilaver was born in 1982 in Sürmene, Trabzon. She completed her primary, middle, and high school education in Erzurum. She graduated with a degree in English-French Accounting Information Systems from Bilkent University, founded by İhsan Doğramacı. She completed her master's degree with a thesis in the Department of Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. She obtained her Ph.D. in Eurasian Studies from Niğde University. She worked in the accounting department at Bilkent University. From 2017 to 2023, she worked as a teacher at Niğde National Education Directorate. She is fluent in English, German, and French. She is proficient in computer programs such as Pascal software, Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel.
