Harika Rao

Harika Rao is an Associate Professor and serves as the Assistant Dean for the College of Business and Management. Rao teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programs and her areas of teaching are Management and Leadership, Ecommerce, Innovation, and Computer Management Systems. Rao has authored three multi-touch ebooks that are currently being used as textbooks in the undergraduate courses. Rao was awarded the Business Faculty of the Year 2022 by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education. Rao was awarded the Lynn University Excellence in Teaching and Dedication to Students for the year 2021.
