Halim Bajraktari

Halim Bajraktari , Albanian with Kosovar citizenship, was born on July 12, 1983. Impressive academic background, with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the National University of Tetovo in 2006, followed by a Master's degree in Diplomacy from the University of Southeast Europe in North Macedonia in in 2009. Continuing his academic pursuits, he earned his doctorate in European Legislation and Institutions from the Institute of European Studies at the University of Tirana, Albania, in 2014. Currently, full-time Associate Professor at the University of Prizren, 'Ukshin Hoti', where he is since 07/05/2019. He is actively engaged in academic research and teaching in the field of law and European institutions.
