H. Y. Lam

H.Y. Lam is currently an Assistant Professor at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has published research papers in international journals such as International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Expert Systems with Applications, Industrial Management & Data Systems, etc. Her current research areas cover supply chain management, cold chain logistics, decision support system and artificial intelligence applications.
