Gretchen M. Blow

Gretchen Blow , MSL, is a recent doctoral graduate in the department of Curriculum & Instruction at Baylor University. Gretchen earned her B.S. and her M.A. in Business and Leadership from Stephens College. As a top student, Gretchen was elected into Baylor Beta Xi Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, Gretchen professionally focuses on medical education. Gretchen has been in medical education for over 10 years and primarily spent time working with administrative teams to streamline processes and training. Her past leadership positions include serving as neurosurgery's coordinator for medical student curriculum, and establishing junior-resident training bootcamps as they enter their specialty. Her research interests and publications include topics on leadership's influence over employees, how leadership's influence impacts employees morale and motivation, and gender inequality in medical education.
