Ágnes Hajdu Barát

Ágnes Hajdu Barát is a full professor of the Library Science Department at ELTE Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary. She was the president of the Association of Hungarian Librarians 2015-2023. She is Stichting IFLA Global Libraries Foundation member 2023-, IFLA’s European Regional Division Committee member, Standing Committee member of Knowledge Management Section, Building Strong Library and Information Science Education (BSLISE) Working Group member. She is the Executive Committee member of the Universal Decimal Classification Consortium. She is the author of twenty books, more chapters of books and articles (about 230).
