Gülsema Çetinkaya

Gülsema Çetinkaya , born in Istanbul in 1993, completed her undergraduate education at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Biga Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Finance and her master's degree at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Finance with Thesis Program. She continues her doctorate education at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Finance, PhD Program. Since 2017, the author has been working as a Research Assistant at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Finance. The author's research interests are public finance, public economics, state budget, public revenues, public expenditures, digitalization, and digital economy.
