Gladys Bathabile Bhudha

Gladys B. Bhuda is a lecturer in the Department of Social Work at the University of South Africa. As a lecturer her teaching specialty and research niche include social work management, leadership, and social work in health care. She has interest in perusing research projects which explore social work management, leadership and social work in health care in conjunction with decolonization, Africanization, theoretical approaches and mixed method research. She is involved in the supervision of postgraduate students; has presented conference papers and has published in an accredited journal.
