Gilda Antonelli

Gilda Antonelli is Professor in Organizational Design and Human Resources Management at the Law, Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods Department of University of Sannio (Italy) and researchers at WSB University in Gdansk (Poland). Her research focuses on HRM and innovation. She is now focused on studying organizational change driven by Human Research Analytics methods and new organizational working form at individual and organizational level . She is responsible for national and international research funds, and she is a member of several Italian and European Academic Organizations.
