Ghazia Batool is a dynamic researcher and educator, dedicated to making a positive impact in the fields of finance, circular economy, and sustainable business practices. Ms. Batool has explored critical areas, including financial challenges in implementing circular business models in the textile industry, determinants of capital structure of high technology companies, and the industry sensitivity and sustainable growth rate of Shariah-compliant firms with the moderating role of COVID-19. Her work also extends to the exploration of circular economy principles and the intersection of Islamic business and management. She has significantly contributed to the academic discourse with publications such as “Regulation in Recycling and Circularity: Future Prospective” and “Circular Business Model,” both featured in the esteemed “Circularity in Textiles” published by Springer in 2023. Another notable contribution is the review article titled “Circularity in Materials: A Review on Polymer Composites Made from Agriculture and Textile Waste” published in the International Journal of Sustainable Materials.
