Ghanshym Koolmon - A higher education professional with operational and academic responsibility experience in the field of policy development, quality assurance, committee structure and academic management. Responsible for leading and managing experienced faculty across all course levels, engaging in collaborative efforts with external parties to identify areas for improvement, and serving on academic committees. Knowledge of academic administration, HESA returns, programme leadership, pastoral support, period reviews, and annual monitoring, as well as HE regulations, including OFS, QAA, CMA, OIA, PSRB. A multitasker who ensures that confidential data is safeguarded and GDPR guidelines are followed while exceeding stakeholder expectations.
