Getachew H. Mengesha

Getachew HailemariamMengesha is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He earned his PhD in Information Technology from Addis Ababa University in 2015. He served as Fulbright Visiting Scholar, Terry College of Business, University of Georgia, and Athens, GA from September 2018 to May 2019. He has published over sixteen articles in internationally reputed journals and conference proceedings. Further, he is a certified management consultant and has successfully completed over 25 small and bigger consultancy projects. His current research projects focus on technical, legal, and social implications of Artificial intelligence, Data Science and Machine learning, Social Media Use and Socio Economic Implications, Participatory Design, and Inclusive Innovation.
