Gerardo Petruzziello

Gerardo Petruzziello is a registered Work Psychologist, a post-doctoral research fellow at the Department of Psychology of the University of Bologna and an adjunct professor of Work and Organisational Psychology. His research focuses on career research primarily. In particular, he is interested in personal resources influencing the transition to work of young people (e.g. employability, self-efficacy, personality traits) and sustainable careers. He has published several articles in the field of career self-management and employability in renowned journals like Personality and Individual Differences, Studies in Higher Education and Personnel Review. He is regularly involved in designing, implementing, and evaluating guidance activities for students and graduates within the University of Bologna guidance services.
