George Cudjoe Agbemabiese

George Cudjoe Agbemabiese is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Management Studies and presently the Vice Dean, School of Graduate Studies at the University of Professional Studies Accra. He holds a PhD from Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia and an MPhil from the University of Ghana Business School, University of Ghana. He has co-authored and published academic papers including book chapters in peer reviewed journals including Scopus indexed and high impact factor journals. His areas of interest include Customer Relationship Management, Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, Customer Perceived Value, Service Recovery and Customer Loyalty.
