He has Nine Research Papers to his name. He is working as 'Joint Secretary' of Punjab Commerce & Management Association (Regd.) since 2021. He has attended/ participated/ organized various National / International Conferences / Seminars / Workshops / Webinars etc. He has also acted as Resource Person in various international and national conferences. His main research areas include Human Resource Management, Organisational Citizenship Behaviour, Organisational Behaviour and Marketing Management.
