She has been Co investigator for funded Research Projects in management and related areas Subjects taught by her over her teaching stint years include • Business Research Methods • Business Statistics, • Perspectives of Management, • Competency Based HRM and Performance Management, • Social Marketing Marketing Research She has also been involved in training and consulting with corporates across Industries such as manufacturing, automobile, Steel, advertising, packaging etc. Her industry exposure spans more than a decade conducting MDPs as well as industry research and consultancy assignments.
