Galinoma Gahele LubawaGalinoma Lubawa is a PhD (Business Administration) student at the Open University of Tanzania. My research project addresses the Influence of Socioemotional Wealth on Financial Performance of Family-Owned Food Processing Firms in Tanzania. Mr. Galinoma also lectures at the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP). He has been lecturing modules in Project Financing, Public Sector Accounting, Public Sector Financial Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Portfolio, Investment Planning and Analysis, Risk Management, Business Analysis and Evaluation and Business Planning. I have also been supervising undergraduate students' research projects as part of my responsibilities as a lecturer. Mr. Galinoma is also a solutions-driven business analyst with over 10+ years of experience in consulting Public Sector(PS), Local Government Authority(LGAs) and Private Sector(PS), including analyzing their operations in variety areas including; LGA revenues, Business Research, Data Analysis, Business & Financial Modelling, Strategic Financial Management, Marketing Plan, Feasibility Study, Project Finance, Investment Profile, Risk Analysis and Management, Business and Investment Planning to maximize firm value and support its sustainable growth. He has worked as a consultant for a variety of LGAs, including Iringa Municipal council (IMC), Morogoro Municipal council (MMC), Kilosa Distric Council, Kyela District Council, Wete Town Council, and Chake-Chake Town Council. Galinoma has also consulted numerous government and commercial entities, including; Tanzania Enabling Growth through Investment and Enterprise Program (ENGINE) & International Executive Service Corps (IESC), USA, Geita Gold Mining Limited (GGM), Raphael Group Limited-Mbeya, Kibaigwa International Market (Ltd), Dodoma Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (DUWASA), Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (AUWSA), Cereals and Other Produce Board of Tanzania (CPB), the Preventing and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB) and Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute (KCRI), The Good Samaritan foundation.
