Gagandeep Kaur

Gagandeep Kaur is a Professor of Human Resource Management at University School of Business, Chandigarh University, India. She is Doctorate in Human Resource from Thapar University, Patiala, India. Her research covers a range of areas reflecting upon her multidisciplinary expertise. Among her interests, she has explored workforce behavioural topics including Green HR practices, sustainable HR, AI in HR practices, Supply chain managment and also devoted years to studying the role of innovative technologies (e.g., social media, virtual environments, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence) on individuals, group, and organisations. She has also published 17 research papers in Scopus, WoS and ABDC ranked journals. In additions, she has also served as the Head of the Department at Apex Institute of Business Management. A number of scholars have been awarded Ph.D Degree under her guidance in the area of HRM.
