G. Vijayakumar

G. Vijaya Kumar, a management faculty with 18 years of teaching experience is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Ramaiah Institute of Technology and Autonomous Institute affiliated to VTU Belagavi. He received his Master of Business Administration degree in 2004 from Bangalore University with Finance and Human Resource Management Specialization. He qualified the eligibility test for lecturers (UGC-NET) in the year 2012. Prof. Vijaya Kumar G has completed PhD from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum on the Topic “A study on Work-Life balance of officers in Banking sector with special reference to Bangalore Dist” in July 2018. Prior to joining Ramaiah Institute of Technology, he held the appointments as Assistant Professor at the Department of Management studies in South East Asia College of Engineering and Technology, MVJ College of Engineering and Technology and other VTU affiliated engineering colleges. Published research papers in reputed National and International Journal on topics related to Economics, Human resources, Work life balance etc. He has 12 publications including research papers and articles and attended 25 national and international conferences held across the country.
