Francisco Javier Gayo Santacecilia

Francisco Javier Gayo Santacecilia is a professor and researcher collaborator with Uvigo, Unie-Core and Deusto. Previously Academic Coordinator of the Interactive Product and Video Game Design Degree (2017-2023) and Coordinator in the Animation Degree (2015-2017) at UCJC (U-TAD). Professor of User Experience in Video Games (UX), Interactive Narrative, and Creativity Foundations, among other subjects. PhD in Communication and Image Sciences (UCM), Master in Interactive Digital Technologies (UCM) and Bachelor in Information Sciences (UCM). Researcher at Ericsson UX Experience. Stays as Erasmus Professor at universities in Norway and Italy. Member of the jury in France of the Master's Degree in Video Games and Interactive Media (2021-23) in collaboration with ENJMIN-CNAM. He has also taught in Masters of Video Games and Interactive Design at UEM, UCM, U-tad, UCJC. Research member of the scientific association Icono14, as well as member of the Asociación Madrileña de Sociología (AMS). Focused on Game Studies, Narrative, HCI, UXUI, Accessibility, Digital Society and New Technologies, Communication and Media. More than 20 years as a professional in visual and interactive design, developing projects for public and private companies, events, museums, etc.
