Francesca Pozzi

Francesca Pozzi is researcher at the Institute for Educational Technology of the Italian National Research Council (CNR). She holds a PhD in Languages, Cultures and ICT from the University of Genoa. Her major research interests include the design and implementation of online courses in CSCL contexts, the design of strategies and techniques for fostering online collaboration, and issues in monitoring and evaluating the learning process in CSCL.
