Fotis Kitsios

Fotis KitsiosFotis Kitsios is Assistant Professor of Business Strategy and Innovation at the Department of Applied Informatics, University of Macedonia. He holds a PhD in Strategic Innovation Management with a specialization in new service development. He has consulted several SMEs and has also been involved in the implementation and coordination of national and European research projects. He also lectured at Technical University of Crete and University of Central Greece, Hellenic Open University, Open Unoversity of Cyprus and has jointly supervised numerous Masters and Diploma theses. His scientific research interests mainly focus on business strategy, service innovation management, change management and technology, social enterprises management, digital strategy and innovation.
