Fehmina Khalique , Professor OB & HR, Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida, is a Ph.D. and MBA in human resource management and also Editor for Lloyd Business Review Journal. She is associated with academics for the past 17 years with 4 years of industry experience and enjoys being a corporate trainer, counsellor, and consultant. Her research interest lies in cross-cultural management, international management, human resource management, and human capital management. She has several high-quality research papers to her credit and has co-authored a book with a reputed publisher. In her free time, she likes to do some social work and deliver free career counselling sessions for students.
