Fatmanur Özen

Fatmanur Özen earned her undergraduate degree in Physics Education from the Middle East Technical University Faculty of Education. She completed her master's and doctoral degrees in Education Management Inspection Planning and Economics at Ankara University Education Sciences Institute. Her research interests include accountability in education, the impact of positive psychology (ethical climate, organizational happiness, virtue, restorative justice) on organizational behaviors in educational institutions, and fairness in education (multicultural education, gender equality). Özen has published articles and book chapters on these topics in national and international journals.
