Evelyn Lorraine Anderson

Evelyn L. Anderson , Ph.D., MBA, is an adjunct of Law and Public Service, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Criminal Justice Management professor at National University. She also serves as a development director for Path of Life, Chief Executive Officer for a consulting group, and vice president for the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Anderson is also a retired Sergeant of a local Sheriff’s department. Her research interests include areas in the administration of justice, nonprofit management, and grant development.
