Erika Rydergaard

Erika Hellsing Rydergaard is an international development professional with experience designing, implementing, and evaluating projects in a wide variety of contexts. Her work and civic engagement has been focused on justice and equity as well as evaluation and learning. She is the co-author of a recent Global Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Analysis focused on youth inclusion. She holds a Bachelor's in Political science, a Bachelor's in Russian language, a Master's in International Relations.
