Enock Gideon Musau

Enock Gideon Musau is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of management science at, Kisii University-Kenya specializing in Transport and Supply Chain Management. His current position is a programme leader in Purchasing and Supplies Management. Currently, he is affiliated with the Department of Transport and supply chain Management, University of Johannesburg South Africa as a post-doctoral Research fellow undertaking research in mobility and well-being. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Supply Chain Management and a Master of Science in Procurement and Logistics both awarded at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Nairobi Kenya. He pursued his Bachelor of Purchasing and Supplies Management (Honors) degree award at the Moi University Eldoret, Kenya in the field of business Management and a Professional Diploma in Procurement awarded by Kenya Institute of Supplies Examination Board, KISEB, Kenya. He has over eight years of experience in higher education lecturing courses in his field of specialization at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has supervised students in his area of research interest including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain management. He has presented papers at national and international conferences and published many scholarly articles in peer-reviewed international journals. He has outstanding administrative and management experience that plays a vital role in organizational success. He is a member of the Kenya Institute of supplies management (KISM-Kenya) and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies, UK. He is a Certified Procurement and Supply Professional of Kenya (CPSP-K). He has a strong spirit of creating a positive impact by empowering and elevating societal groups with the aim of establishing an enabling environment to exploit the potential of their expectations. Dr. Musau believes that innovativeness, self-driven, teamwork, integrity, and utilization of his current work experience, skills, and education coupled with further training progressively is a path to organizational competence and efficiency.
