Emmanuela Stanislaus is the founder and lead consultant of Dr. Emmanuela Consulting. She has nearly 20 years of higher education administration experience in leadership roles that span across residence life and career services. Her research centers on the experiences of Black college women, first-generation students, and campus climate.
