Emilija StojanovskiEmilija Stojanovski has spent 16 years working in a variety of teaching and leadership roles in international schools in Europe, East Asia, and the Middle East. Dr. Emilija has helped many schools improve their language, literacy, and curriculum offering and improve the quality of teaching and learning. She completed her Doctor of Education program in Educational Leadership and actively researches retention, teacher empowerment, and school leader empowering behaviors in international schools in different geographical regions. Dr. Emilija currently works as a deputy principal in Dubai Schools, Taaleem.
