Elisabeth Paulet

Elisabeth Paulet is a professor of Finance at ICN Business School in Nancy. She holds a Ph.D. at the European University Institute of Florence and a Jean Monnet Chair. In charge of doctoral programs, her main interests are in banking structures and financial policy of firms on historical and contemporary levels. She has published several books in this field in editorial houses like Pickering Chatto, Chandos Elsevier and Cambridge. She has published several scientific articles in Corporate Governance, Journal of Business Strategy, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of European Economic History, Strategic Change, Asia Pacific Business Review, and Applied Economics.
