Elena Bunduchi

Elena Bunduchi graduated from Moldova State University, Faculty of Chemistry, in june 1996. She holds a PhD in “Redox-Catalytic transformations of hydroquinone and glyoxalic acid in aquatic environments” in 2010 at Moldova State University. From 1997 she began her teaching activity at the Department of Industrial and Ecological Chemistry at Moldova State University, becoming associate professor in 2014. Currently she is Chief of Department of Industrial and Ecological Chemistry „Acad. Gh. Duca” at Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology at Moldova State University. She’s research focuses on the natural waters self-purification process assured through oxygen active forms (H2O2, OH radicals) and their role in natural waters as a living environment for hydrobiontites.
