Ela Burcu Uçel

Ela Burcu Uçel has her PhD on organizational behavior from İzmir University of Economics. She has been teaching for eleven years. Her research areas of interest are entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, immigrant entrepreneurs, gender equality in the workplace, diversity and inclusion in organizational settings. She is the co-writer of a free monthly social sciences bulletin called Jurnal at Aposto (digital platform) and co-producer of a podcast series called “Kurumsal Yaşamda Kadın” which focuses on working women at Aposto Radio. She is the editor to a book from IGI Global, has three chapters in books published by Emerald, IGI Global and McGraw-Hill and the co-writer of seven articles in refereed journals.
