Ekrem Yaşar Akçay

Ekrem Yasar Akçay is an associate professor at Hakkâri University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. He completed his master studies at Suleyman Demirel University, Department of International Relations in 2010. Then he got his PhD at Ankara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of International Relations. He was a researcher at Humboldt Universitat zu Berlin and Wroclaw University for six months. He has many articles that is published in numerous academic journals. His book “Türkiye-AB İlişkileri ve İmtiyazlı Ortaklık Meselesi” (The Privileged Partnership Question in Turkey-EU Relations) is published in February 2016 by Imaj Publishers. His other book, “Soğuk Savaş Döneminde Avrupa: Temel Konular Üzerinden Avrupa’nın Dönüşümünü Anlamak” (Europe in the Cold War Era: Understanding the Transformation of Europe over the Issues) is published in September 2017 by Kriter Publishing.
