Eirini Karakasidou

Eirini Karakasidou is a Psychologist, who holds a Master's degree (MSc) with a specialization in Sports Psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. Alongside her academic studies, she has completed 4 years of training in Existential Psychotherapy and 2 years of training in Behavioural Therapy for Anxiety Disorders. Her research interests are in the field of Counselling Psychology, Positive Psychology, Psychometrics, and Psychotherapy and she has participated as a principal investigator and coordinator in several European-funded projects. She has authored articles in peer-reviewed journals, and book chapters and has a number of presentations and experiential workshops at Greek and international conferences, NGOs, schools, businesses, and hospitals. She works privately as a psychologist and psychotherapist in individual and group settings, teaches in various educational institutions in Greece and abroad, and is a lecturer in seminars for special and general audiences.
