Doreen K. Menjengua

Doreen Zaaaruka is an HR professional with over 15 years’ experience working in manufacturing industry, education industry, non-governmental organisations and state-owned-enterprises (SOEs). She holds a Masters of Leadership and Change Management, as well as a Bachelor of Human Resource Management Honours from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). She further holds a Bachelors of Arts Psychology from the University of Namibia (UNAM). Her areas of expertise include recruitment & selection, organisational development, talent management, performance management, employee wellness and compensation & payroll management. Doreen is currently the Manager: Administration and Compensation at the Namibia Postal limited (NamPost).
