Dipti Baghel

Dipti Baghel is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce in Dr. K.C.Baghel Govt. Pg College, Bhilai-3, has about 15 years of teaching experience. She is research guide for commerce and management 2 research scholars are pursuing their Ph.D under her guidance. She has received Ph.D degree in Management from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur Chhattisgarh. She UGC NET Qualified in Management subject. She has published 22 research papers in refereed national and international journals and 18 research papers in the proceedings of various international conferences. She has published 3 books and 1 edited book so far. She has published 2 national patents. Her areas of research include service marketing, service quality, Self- help groups, CRM, Marketing. She is a life member of International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR).
