Dipak Kumar Bhattacharyya

Dipak Bhattacharyya has a PhD in Management from University of Calcutta. He has served in industry in Training and Organizational Development function for about 15 years. Thereafter, for last two decades he has worked with several Management Institutes in India in various capacities like; Director, Dean, Head of the Department, Professor, etc. Presently he is attached as Professor of Xavier Institute of Management, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He is also a visiting faculty of XLRI, Jamshedpur. Prof. Bhattacharyya has extensive consultancy experience in HR, Quality Management, Human Resource Planning, Compensation Design and Organizational Development, and Restructuring areas. He has published 30 Books on HR management areas with Sage, Oxford, Pearson, PHI, Cengage, etc., and has contributed to more than 100 papers and book chapters in various journals of national and international repute.
