Delar Kour Singh

Delar K. Singh is a Professor of Special Education. She earned Doctorate in Special Education/Educational Research from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA. She has presented at numerous state, regional, and national-international conferences. She has published in many refereed journals. Her current research interests are; inclusion, emotional intelligence, life-span needs of individuals with disabilities, and special education teacher preparation.
