Deepali Soni

Deepali Soni is an Assistant Professor of Management, Amity University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (2014-2019) by University Grant Commission, India. She is NET and JRF qualified in Management. Her publications are listed in ABDC, UGC-CARE, and peer- review journals. She has more than nine years of research and teaching experience in different institutes and universities including I P University Delhi, I K Gujral Punjab Technical University, MICA Ahmedabad, and Amity University. She has written nineteen book chapters and ten research articles. She is associated with the journal of Human Resource Management as an Editorial board member. She has presented various papers at national and international conferences. She has also attended various FDPs/ Workshops/ Conferences/Seminars, etc.
