Deeba Hasan

Deeba Hasan is a Dental Surgeon and Doctoral Scholar at IIT Madras in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior. Her areas of interest are job-connectedness, sleep quality and emotion regulation. She bagged a gold medal in Orthodontics in dental college, had a CGPA of 10 for her M.Phil dissertation and a CGPA of 9.55 at IIT Madras during her coursework. She has completed online certificate courses from Harvard University, King’s College London, Georgetown University, University of Sheffield, and University of Nottingham. She has published journal papers and book chapters during her Ph.D. journey and has also presented papers at prestigious international conferences like The Indian Academy of Management, IISc Conference- COSMAR, and The Oxford Conference Series held at Oxford University, UK, where she also chaired a session. In 2022, she was selected for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations from among applicants across sixty countries, which enabled her to participate in an open forum with global leaders like Presidents and Prime Ministers of nations on international issues.
