Debra A. Harley

Debra A. Harley is a Professor and Coordinator of the doctoral program in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Kentucky. She has published in the areas of LGBTQ, addictions, ethics, cultural diversity, mental health, and disabilities. She is the recipient of leadership and research awards from the National Association of Multicultural Rehabilitation Concerns. She is past editor of several rehabilitation journals and has published five books, and over 90 peer-reviewed articles and 85 book chapters.
