David Tolliver

David Tolliver , PhD most recently served as the Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment and Outreach at the University of Arkansas’ Graduate School and International Education, where he managed domestic graduate student recruitment and outreach initiatives, including those related to increasing the diversity of students in graduate programs. Dr. Tolliver completed his PhD in Public Policy as an SREB Doctoral Scholar from the University of Arkansas’ interdisciplinary Public Policy PhD Program, with a specialization in higher education policy. Prior to his position at the University of Arkansas, Dr. Tolliver, worked in administrative and instructional roles in post-secondary student success in the Minnesota State University System and has previous experience in secondary education, brand strategy, and the United States Air Force.
