David Preston

David Preston , Ph.D in Education, Management, and Communication studies, former lecturer at UCLA and Chapman University College, as well as k-12 courses, is the founder of the Preston Group, and of the Open-Source Learning Academy Network. Author of ACADEMY OF ONE, a book about the power and promise of Open-Source Learning, David speaks to organizational and conference audiences such as the MacArthur Foundation, the Royal Geographical Society, OSCON, and TEDxUCLA. He also mentors teachers and students through the Open-Source Learning Academy.
