Danielle Babb

Danielle Babb , PhD, is a Professor in the School of Business at American Public University System. Her research interests focus on business solutions to practical problems that impact the markets, the role and benefit of education in professional growth and the employment and retention of higher education leaders and faculty. As the former owner of The Babb Group, Inc., her 15 years experience assisting professors in finding work and owning/running an instructional design firm has given her insight into the reasons why faculty leave, ways in which leaders can retain faculty and the administrative practices that encourage or discourage employment satisfaction.
